OUR CENTER

We want to make your child’s therapy experience as encouraging, productive and pleasant as possible. That’s why Child’sPlay Therapy Center is a bright, fun place that is definitely not a clinical environment…and it was designed just for kids!

Our tagline is “Move…Talk…Learn...Play.” Kids feel free to do all that and more in our colorful Center, especially in our sensory-motor gym which is equipped with therapy devices, toys and more.

Our Center

Parents, you can watch your child’s private therapy session in action from one of our parent observation rooms. We also have an ample waiting area and plenty of space for groups, classes and camps.

Johanna Wood Johnna Wood
Office Administrator

Welcoming you to the Child’sPlay Center will be Johnna Wood, our Office Administrator. She has 20 years’ experience in administrative work, leadership and organizational skills. Johnna attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Susie LaFollette
Office Administrator

Susie is the Client Care Coordinator of Child’sPlay Therapy Center, where she coordinates scheduling and new client intakes. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Vocal Performance from Jacksonville State University. She has worked for many years in Children’s Ministry as Children’s Minister and Director of Mother’s Day Out, as well as office administration for a local university. She is married and has 3 grown children.
