deborahDeborah B. Boswell, M.S. CCC/SLP
Co- Founder and Managing Partner

Deborah B. Boswell is a licensed and certified speech pathologist with over 16 years of clinical experience. All of the pediatric services from her company, Professional Speech Services of Alabama, P.C., have been merged into Child’sPlay. Deborah’s specialties include fluency disorders (stuttering) and voice disorders.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Auburn University and her Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Montevallo. Deborah delivers a number of presentations at speech conferences around the state and region. She also works with business professionals to correct and improve regional and foreign accents, presentation skills, vocal delivery, listening skills and professional business communication skills.

kerriKerri Bailey, OTR/L
Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Kerri Bailey brings a unique combination of passion and skills to Child’sPlay with over 20 years of experience in occupational therapy, including three years as President of Ability Resources. Kerri is a Certified Therapeutic Listening Provider, a certified national presenter/trainer for Handwriting Without Tears®, and a certified assistive technology specialist. Kerri earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from UAB.
