Child’sPlay Therapy Center is seeking a Full-Time  Administrative Office Assistant to join our outstanding Birmingham Team! This full-time position is for 36-40 hours a week.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with providing outstanding customer service in a fun and fast paced environment.
  • Strong background with office technology, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic office equipment issues
  • Confident in their ability to learn and master new programs specific to our office
  • Experience in medical office setting a plus, but not required
