Our Huntsville location was originally part of Professional Speech Services of Alabama and officially became Child’sPlay in 2009. Like all of our offices, you will find a colorful, inviting environment that reflects our tagline well, “Move…Talk…Play…Learn.” Our Huntsville office has the perfect personal touch that we hope makes all of our parents and children feel comfortable and welcome.
During your first visit, our office staff will greet you and answer any questions you may have about your child’s appointment. If you need wheelchair/stroller access, please use our wheelchair accessible entrance at the back of our building. For security purposes, this door remains locked, but just ring the bell and one of our ladies will welcome you in!
Parker Hall is an Office Administrator at our Huntsville clinic. Her background includes management, customer relations, and medical coding. Parker has been on the other side of the desk, too. Her once NICU baby has been enrolled in the same services offered by Child’sPlay Therapy Center. Most things parents come across she has walked on or near the same path. She strives to bring normalcy to what others view as different.
Beverly has been with Child’sPlay Therapy Center since it began in Huntsville in 2007. Beverly helps out with office administration and assists the therapists.
She graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in the school of Education and a minor in Exercise Physiology. She and her husband have 2 grown sons and two wonderful grandchildren.
Mabry Palmer is a therapist aide and part of the administrative staff at Child’sPlay. Mabry graduated from Auburn University in August 2020 with a degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies. She is the first undergraduate intern to be hired at Child’s Play. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Trisha and exploring outdoors.
